How it works
- All or nothing. Goal met by the deadline or every pledge is released. Nobody ends up owning a fraction of nothing.
- Your share is your money. Pay 30% of the goal, own 30% — of the days, the costs, and the resale.
- The arbitrator writes it down. Usage, maintenance, buy-outs, damage — in plain English, before anyone falls out.
- You rate each other. Anonymously, per category. A great bike co-owner and a nightmare cottage co-owner are two different numbers.
